kung steeply incline or decline ang road make sure that you always allow a certain distance parang pag go na di ka maatrasan, i think the fault would be for both parties, kasi pwedeng di siya nagbigay ng allowble distance between the two cars, pero if you back off so far prior to moving forward kasalanan mo din so idaan muna sa mabuting usapan, lalo na kung di naman grabe ang sira

ngayun, kung matino ka, you don't even have to post it here. you know what to do, bro

sometimes, iba yung legal sa honorable.

i don't have a way of telling how near he was. except to say that it must not be that far. and as i said in my post above, i was suppose to talk to the other driver kaya lang he ran away. i wanted it settled the right way sana. if i'm guilty then i'll pay. i guess kanya-kanya na lang kami pagawa.

Probably walang lisensya yun na-atrasan mo bro. Or baka naman carnap yung auto, hehehe, so pinabayaan na nya, hirap na mahuli with out license. But again, ikaw yung umatras at natamaan mo sya, so fault mo parin, IMO.

Pero sabi ko nga depended sa situation 'yan and sa kaso mo, medyo malinaw na ikaw ang meron mali, kasi I've seen that gas station and hindi siya ganun ka steep for you to slide even by a couple of inches.

Bigla nawala antok ko as i steped on the brakes and tinodo ko pa hand brake kasi feeling ko umaabante ako.

j_avonni: You said never admit na ikaw ang may kasalanan. And you we're telling maverick34 to lie by saying na sya ang binangga.

And who made that rule na in an accident you should never admit your responsibility? This would make the guy at fault look like an asshole.

I think the point there is it's not the drivers involved to determine who is at fault and who isn't, but the police or insurance companies.

IMO, the police and insurance companies should only come in if the two parties involved stubbornly maintain their own innocence and point to the other's guilt in the situation.

But if at least one party signifies an intent to settle with the other in a civilized and mature manner, then pwede naman sigurong sila na lang ang mag-usap, 'di ba?

If you have a car insurance, it's an insurance condition that no admission, offer, or promise of payment shall be made by or on behalf of the insured without the written consent of the insurance company.

The police would just investigate the accident for the consideration of the insurance company, who would eventually say if its insured was at fault or not.

So, don't make any any admission or offer/promise lest your claim may be denied. Let the insurance company decides.
