The President has an official salary of 50,000 monthly. Everybody else gets less. Binay was a human rights lawyer until he became a tried and true politician. So how did the Ferrari come about ? Frankly, there isn't a single politician who can honestly live on his official salary and still house his family and educate his children. Look to your own cost of living and ask how they do it.

Zubiri is a poor example. He's sugar and plantations family and was already fabulously wealthy before he became a politician. You can classify him as Oligarch. It is believeable that he's just protecting his own.

Zubiri has a Patrol Safari and a Defender 110. Both are always on a convoy. San Miguel, Maramag to Malaybalay Bukidnon vice versa.

Why moved it to Car Talk? We are not talking about the car. We are talking whether that Ferrari car is owned by Binay or not.

Since, nobody has confirmed that this is Binay's as of this time, I'm suggesting for the closure of this thread.
