LWB cars are generally more stable at high speeds and give better ride, but SWBs have the advantage on twisties.

Refers to variants of the same car or platform mates. 3 door Pajeros are called SWB's. The 5 door is the LWB. But doors alone don't determine that.

Mercedes Benz S-Class sedans can be had in different wheelbases, too. E.g. W126 300SD vs. W126 300SDL (L is for 'lang', German for 'long').

The new RAV4 is available in regular and long wheelbase.

ano mas maganda pang off-road? LWB o SWB? may nakikita kasi akong gumagamit ng pick-up tapos ung iba naman ung mga landcruiser na luma.

Depends on the off-road terrain.

Rockcrawling usually demands short wheelbases for a better ramp-breakover angle hence, less chance of getting hung up (high centered).

Expedition style wheeling over sand is better with LWB.
