Lady Driven?

Guys im sure marami na kayong nakikita sa Ads ng mga used cars na ganyang linya. What does it really mean to you? ibig sabihin ba nito mas maganda ang condition ng makina? coz i have seen and naranasan ko na rin maging pasahero sa babaeng driver, grabe nakakaawa yung makina minsan ayaw nyang mag downshift or hindi nya lang alam na kailangan mag downshift(knocking noise). but i have to agree that they are very deffensive drivers, minsan nga sa parking baba, para lang tingnan kung sasayad yung sasakyan sa katabing uto, and hindi sila masyadong humahataw. Hey dont get me wrong i am not saying that all of them are like that, but everytime I read that line, reminds me of me that officemate of mine

he he he. sakin mas ayaw ko yung car kung babae nagalaga o gumamit eh di naman kasi talaga maingat mga babae sa sasakyan. sa sampung kilala kong babae na may sasakyan 1 lang ang medyo maalaga. mas laspag pa ang mga kotseng ladydriven. Nakakita na b kayo ng babaeng nagwawax ng kotse nya?

My gf has 2 female friends and lagi na lang nya kinukwento kung gano kabilis magpatakbo mga un hehe. Walang right-of-way right-of-way daw sa kanila. Nagrereklamo pa nga sakin bakit daw ang bagal ko magmaneho kumpara sa kanila

same thing with my mother in law and my wife..... grabe humawak ng sasakyan mga yun. yun wife ko nga ako na nagturo grabe pa rin magmaneho.... i haven't met any lady driver who is a good driver....

Supposedly "Lady Driven" means the car isn't as (ab)used as it would have been in men's hands. Supposedly it means that the ladies would not rev it to high heavens, and would not subject it to its speed and performance limits. There are lady drivers who are indeed more cautious on the road than most other drivers. Supposedly, this also means women would spare themselves of a hassle and take their cars to the casa as part of PMS.

Well, that's supposedly the case. But to me, that's almost tantamount to "Casa maintained". The latter sometimes questionable, depending on the casa and skill of the mechanic (or OJT) involved. In either case, I'd rather have a trusted mechanic have a look at the car inside and out before I consider buying it, rather than classify it as Lady Driven and/or Casa Maintained.

Prime examples on my end of Lady Driven cars are those of my Mom and Sister. They drive it without even having a look at the engine bay once in a while. Tire pressures, not even. And oil changes, no way. If not for me and my Dad, they'd be running on year ++ old oil. Gas lang ang importante, coz without it, di sila makakatakbo.

GF ko the best lady driver i've ever seen.Kahit van pinapang race nya But in fairness, ang dami niyang alam na teknik in driving na hindi ko alam. She knows how to maintain her car. Ayaw nya magpa car wash...baka daw magkagasgas kaya she's doing it by herself.Even mag change oil siya na din...baka daw hindi magandang brand ng oil gamitin.Kaya lang ang dami din bawal...na hindi ka puede kumain ng kahit ano sa loob ng car nya dahil baka daw madumihan

be it lady or doctor or owner driven, it doesn't mean crap. i'd rely more on the mileage, but it can still be tampered with.

bottomline, just get a trusted mechanic to check it out and test drive it. make a choice, then live with it.

not necessarily....... i've known lots of girls who drive their cars na sobrang dumi ng loob. andun na lahat ng epektos nila, tapos pagbukas mo ng trunk, parang shoe closet nila.
