ano ang mas makaka-wear ng shocks/suspension system, non standard humps na medyo sharp, or yung mga parang hukay/inverted bump/very long pothole?

I think yung hukay style is more on tires?! and yung standard hump is on suspension.

dahan dahan na lang para iwas damage...

reverse humps = dips (sa US)?

Given pareho ang travel, equal lang siguro wear nito sa shocks.

nah, ang 'dip' dito eh talagang DIP! and usually seen on an intersection where flood water flows, or suposedly would flow.

walang 'reverse humps' yata dito, never seen one, hehe. humps are usually referred to as Speed bumps in the US.

ghosthunter is somewhat right, naiinis ang ate ko noon sa pinas kapag yung traysikle na sinasakyan namin eh dahan dahan sa 'reverse humps', lalo lang daw nararamdaman ang bump, hehehe.

sabi sa akin nung nasa US pa ako mas delikado daw ang dips sa high speed kesa sa speed bump. speed bumps just push your suspension up, yung dip kasi the car actually acquires a downward trajectory kaya front bumper ang nadadale. yun ang sabi sa akin nung nag-driving test ako sa dmv, sabi nung dmv officer while we passed dun sa dip. in fact i actually witnessed a car in San Diego being chased by police go through a dip at high speed, sadsad yung front bumper nya dun sa opposite end tapos sira ang front suspension. I just came from walmart that time on my way out of the parking lot when i witnessed this. anyway medyo malalim saka malapad yung dip na yun, almost 1 lane ang sakop eh. maybe in other cities hindi ganun kaluwang yung dips?

at least the reverse humps here are just a foot wide... and usually because of some work being done by the water company.

usually, ganun talaga kalaki ang mga dips dito. Kapag mabilis ka at di mo nakita, sapul pati radiator and or engine header. I should know, nangyari sa old teg ko yun eh.
