im just a newbie here and i want to ask something on how to buy a pre-owned cars here.
how are transactions made,mga SOP? what to do to protect myself sa mga manloloko? kc some are demanding cash,as in mag aabutan kyo, tnx

1. check all the records, deed of sale from previous owner, OR CR kung tama ba yung mga naka sulat.
2. verify the plate number year model of the car sa LTO hotline baka nasa list ng carnaps etc, para ma trace kung delayed ba yung registration or baka sa iba naka register ang plate number...
3. hinge ka sa owner ng PNP/LTO clearance P800.00 pesos yan required yan pagbibile ka ng oto at pag mag register ka ng second hand cars, for transfer of ownership din required yan.
4. deed of sale notarized dpende sa amount ng car ang singilan sakin 315K, charge sakin 500K pa notarize pero sa iba 350K lang
5. then pag intrested ka talga sa car mag down ka parang (reservation fee or earnest money) deduct nalang sa remaning balance.. atleast 1.5K will do dpende sa usapan.... baka kasi maunahan ka ng iba atleast kahit mag offer ng mataas ang kabila ng mataas na price nakapag earnest money kana!
6. Then bayaran na hehe gudluck...... just ask for acknowledgement reciept pag nag down ka
