House Garage and Driveway

Sadly that's the case with a lot of those pocket developments: 1 car garage with barely any driveway space.

I have a similar dilemma in the second parking slot at my abode (condo). The exhaust duct from the lower basement level runs through the back of our slot (against the wall) so I lose maybe 1-2 feet. Because of this, long vehicles such as my pickup cannot use the slot without inconveniencing others. In this case, i have to be mindful with our second car purchase which will be parked in that spot.
