    UTE ang tawag ng mga aussie dyan car na pick up truck. para bang yung nissan ad resort. Holden sa Aussie, Isuzu dito.

    is the sedan version of the holden the equivalent of the pontiac gto here in the states?

    yes, the Commodore SS V and it's one wicked ride for its look and performance package, even has better styling than its rival Falcon XR8 imo.
    That trusty V8 ute used to haul my house stuff across Sydney and it never once coughed even if it was overloaded. It would even look sportier if it's fitted with a canopy but may not suit purists' preference though.
