Help me with my warranty claim!!!

Here's the scenario!!! We got our 2005 adventure * CT Motors Pasong tamo, after 5 months i noticed that the rear shock (right side was damage) because there's an oil leak flowing outside the shock kaya matagtag ang ride. Ang tanong ko po ay ganito.. Pwede po ba ako mag claim ng warranty sa ibang casa?? Like dito sa Diamond Motors Cainta since taga Cainta naman ako at ito ang malapit samin? or sa CT Motors Pasong Tamo lang pwede? ang tagal po kasi pumila sa Ct motors eh. Kailangan pa iwan ang ride ng mga 3 days para raw sa diagnosis at rerequest pa ng piyesa...

Wala bang loaner car sa mga casa dyan habang inaayos nila sasakyan mo? The shocks should be covered by your warranty. Call mo yung dealership na gusto mo puntahan kung ino honor nila yung warranty from another dealership.

you should be able to claim your warranty in any dealer of the same manufacturer, same with having your free PMS in other dealers/service centers.

but i'm not sure if shock absorbers are covered by the warranty. baka kasi meron kang nadaanan na malaking lubak or something, syempre hindi malalaman ng casa yun, kaya baka hindi kasama sa warranty ang mga shock absorbers. but i might be wrong.

On whether you can claim a suspension part like shocks under warranty is a case-to-case basis, and is also dependent on the CASA itself (some get the part and have it sent to the factory for evaluation). I got to claim on a defective balljoint on my Nissan Frontier before when it had around 8K on the odo some years back.

Ok lang with any Mitsu CASA.

If they don't agree and all means have been exhausted, just buy a replacement KYB shock at your suking tindahan. If it's the tube type, less then 1K siguro yan.

I think pwede kahit saan dealer ng Mitsu ay pwede mag-claim ng warranty.

thanks for the reply try ko tawagan diamond motors cainta if pwede sa kanila mag claim ng warranty. about sa shock na lubak kasi ako. Talaga bang ganon kahina ang shock ng adventure 5months pa lang ride ko leak na agad ang shock... magkano kaya shock sa likod tube type po cya di ba? magandang klase ba yung KYB? or may mas maganda pa? if ako nalang bibili ng shock gus2 ko sana yung maganda ang play at matibay cyempre
