HELP! Binangga auto ko ng bus!

My friends's car got hit by a bus (ACTrans/ PXW-683) last night, his front bumper fell off, the bus driver did not stop so he had to chase the bus and then caught up with the bus near guadalupe. They then proceeded to the MMDA office in Guadalupe and the bus driver was making areglo to pay the damage for P 500! Potana ang kapal! Sinisindak pa siya nung kundoktor. What's the right procedure ba in such an incident? the conductor initially offered 100 for the repair, then the driver asked if ok na yung 500. The police officer who processed the Police Report in mmda told my friend na balikan yung report sa monday. ganun ba yun?

What advise can you guys give him regarding the proper procedure to get payment from the bus company?

i bet hiniritan yung friend mo na sabi ng lawyer nila na huwag sila magsasalita.

useless makipag usap sa mga ogags na iyan...contact the owner/operator of the bus company...pabayaran nyo lahat ng gastos sa may-ari pati pang-taxi ng friend mo habang pinapagawa sasakyan...kasama sa negosyo nila iyang ganyan aksidente

advice your friend to press for charges, I file niyo lahat dun sa complaint niyo including yung ginawang paninindak kamo nung conductor, If ayaw niyo namang mag file ng complaint then kunin niyo pa rin yung police report dahil gagamitin niyo ito pag-claim niyo sa inyong insurance co. assuming that your friend has a compre. insurance

pag ndi makabayad kunin mo spare tire ng bus!8O , and benta mo sa iba hehe,seriously, get at least 1500 - 2000 php and tell your fren siya na magpagawa.:mrgreen: , pag 500 lang bibigay sayo saksak mo sa baga niya!, tarantado yang conductor na yan a, siya pa nanindak !?!

Thanks for the replies. Yung SPO-gag na gumawa ng pulis report ng insidente sabi balikan na lang daw yung report sa Monday kasi wala pang estimate yung report.

Sabi ko sa friend ko abangan na lang niya yung bus sa kanto ng Pasay Road tapos batuhin nya yung windshield nung bus (pag naka stop). Mga around P2,000 siguro yung windshield n'on plus around P 4,000 in lost day's revenue plus around P 500 in returned fares....QUITS!

potah, dami talagang ogag na trucks and buses sa daan ngayon. ang hirap pa non, porket ang lalaki ng dala nila kala mo kung sino.
police report usually babalikan mo talaga. unless bibigyan mo siguro ng 500 yung pulis. Although d ko maintindihan kung anong estimate hinihintay nung pulis, estimate naman para sa insurance lang, wala namang paki yung pulis dun.
