    I want to ask how will i know if the my car has a hardened valve seats. The reason i ask is that i will be changing my gasoline from a leaded (XCS to be specific) to an unleaded gas. This is the requirement for an unleaded gasoline as i read in some articles regarding this product. My car is a 1991 mitsubishi GLXI lancer. Glad if somebody can help.

    I believe XCS is unleaded already. Bawal na ang leaded fuel sa Metro Manila. XCS, Gold, Silver, Blaze, and others are just variations of unleaded.

    And yes, your Lancer was designed to run on unleaded.

    Was about to say the same thing.

    Unleaded gas has totally replaced all fuels out there since yonkers.
