I named my ride TARTAR, coz puno sya dati ng kalawang, na parang tartar sa ngipin hehehe. That aside from its being a Vitara.

Years ago when i acquired my second hand car a mitsubihi galant lambda, the original owner named it Diego so I still use the name in my possession.
Naming vehicles is somewhat the preference of the owner to differentiate it from the others especially if it has the same brand of cars in his motorpool.

My in-laws named their Adventure "Pogi", primarily because they dressed it up from being a stock GLX. But also probably out of their frustration in not having a biological son.
Following their example, we gave our own Adventure the nickname "Macho". :D

it is the owners prerogative if they want to give a name to their car. like our car we called him Inno. i give him a name because we treat him as a new member of the family.

Richard Hammond called his Opel Kadet, "Oliver" in the recent Top Gear clip on their challenge in Africa
Thinking of calling my car Bruno, after the car designer who worked for MB for several decades (1970's to 2000's). Then again, both MB's we have were by designed by the same guy

Preference pa rin talaga ng owner. Wala namang masama at walang namang mawawala kung bigyan mo ng nickname.
I started giving nickname sa GM Harabas namin. I called it "Harby" para medyo class ang dating kahit na kinakalawang na ito. At least enjoy pa din sakyan.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
