Exotica Car Scent - Where to buy?

Ive been looking for Exotica brand car scent but cannot find it in manila stores. Blade, Concorde, Ace and other dept store does not have this brand. Any one here knows where can I buy it? I like the smell of Black Ice, it smells like new car.
