Hindi tinatanggap ang expired student permit. You can just bring it to apply for another permit, and then wait for another month before you are allowed to apply for a non-prof license, or 6 months (or is that 5?) for a Prof License.

February 1st, 2009 11:00 AM #35Good day! Share ko lang. . . ang alam ko get ur student permit muna then afterwards puede na kumuha n ng non prof (one month) if you want naman prof after 6 months - hirap daw ng test. One of the LTO during i took exam for non sabi niya - the difference daw ng getting non professionl to professional driver license, Non professional drive private car only puede ka mamili from type 1 and type 2, now uiyong professional driver license para sa mga driver na ang ginagamit ay public utility vehicle and talagang super laki un van na gamit - utility talaga. Then may extension din iyon for the driver ng ang drive ehh 6 to 10 wheeler drive na. About sa mga traffic enforcer - some of them they dont know the traffic laws talaga (peace) kasi nga parang konti information lang alam nila - take for example sa coding most of them di na alam un window na 10 to 3pm kaya minsan nahuli ako un taga mismo manila city hall naghingi ng dispensa for that particular asccident. Kaya mga guys check ninyo din some traffic laws para maging matalino tayo hehehehe. Don sa pagaccompany ng student and non professional ang kasama - puede po iyon kasi natanong ko po ito sa friend ko work in LTO.
