not necessarily titipid sa gas..yes titipid nga, pero konti lang..then u have to think of what you spend to save gas..fluid, torque converter, etc..ksi yang auto trans, it also uses energy to change gears..so you wear out more stuff in the process..parang u save 1 peso but in the process u have to spend 2 pesos naman.
and pag hihinto ka na, wala ka ring engine braking assistance.

follow up question lang.
so pag trapik ba, (stop and go) dapat naka drive lagi para hindi shift ng shift from drive to neutral then back to drive again?
ok lang ba na naka drive tapos apak ka lang sa brake kung trapik?::?

if it is prolonged traffic jam... it is advisable to put your gear in Neutral..so as not to stress your brakes, and tranny.... pero kung stop and go na sandali lang.. keep it in drive.
