That would be kind of silly ... you haggle for the best discounted price down to the last cent ... and then you give it back to them?
I give them worth 50 to 100 peso gift

I don't and I don't think they're expecting any.
It's also quite common for many organizations to have a corporate policy against receiving 'gifts' from customers, tips included.
Of course not! They already made money from you and its their job anyway.
me, never! quripot ini.
but i noticed SA has a fancy watch.
"galing sa isang buyer, doc."
Not in the past.
But on our recent purchase, we gave the SA a generous tip because he did a good job coming up with the car, updating us along the way.

I recommend mo na lang sya sa mga kakilala who are planning to buy a new car. Matutuwa na yan.
If i see them again or somewhere after the purchase, I invite them for coffee..
no. they already earned a commision from the sale. hindi naman yan waiter or taxi driver na maliit ang sweldo. 2% of 2M is P40,000 which is more than enough motivation for them to do the job right.
This a "duh" question for me. I mean kumita na siya sa iyo, bibigyan mo pa ng tip?
Nope. Kumita naman na sila ng commission eh. The best I would do is refer him/her new clients.
