    niky,

corvettes have unusually good fuel consumption (compared to similar sports cars)

the previous gen corvette has an EPA rating of 19/28 (city/highway) for its 6-speed M/T model.

in comparison here are the EPA of some other cars (all have 6-speed M/t)

    mazda miata 20/26
    m3 16/23
    acura nsx 17/24
    dodge viper 12/20

this is the ultimate porsche / ferrari killer...

ah ok... panget reviews nila sa body composition and interior (cheap materials daw gamit) pero iba talaga handling and straight line speed niya.

I think malaking improvement ang new Corvette over the older models kaso I still prefer Japanese and European car designs.

Yup , mula 1963 ganon na ang design ng corvette.

Pero and leaf spring nila, fiberglass, nagsimula ng 1982. Yung 1982 Corvette nga ng kumpare ko, nabale yung fiberglass leaf spring. hehe.

pero i think leaf springs works ok naman for the corvette... and as someone said... interior quality medyo pangit pero fuel consumption is not bad at all.

Even the Caddy XLR uses a composite transverse leafspring.

Iba ito sa semi-elliptical multi leaf springs ng mga AUV.

IMHO, the Corvette is still the all-American hero it has always been. Something that Americans can truly be proud of.

The wonder of the Corvette is how they get such old tech to work so well...

good fuel consumption, eh? Not when you're pushing it hard, likely! :D

And if I had one, I WOULD. :D

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
