you do not need to go to a casa... a reputable shop (e.g. servitek), can do that.

never buy a used car sa dealer, unless you are a PRO or with someone who is a PRO, bnew car nga nag kaka lokohan na sa casa, sa 2nd hand pa kaya?

only buy 2nd hand car sa kakilala mo to whom you can trust...

Best to inspect it yourself. Try the seat foams. Are they the right color underneath?Any warped backboards or sidings? Does it smell like dried water? Does all electricals work? The electrical wires connectors should not have those greenish stuff. And you can ask the seller to put into writing a guarantee that the unit is not flooded or your money back. If they can vouch for it in writing with no questions asked i think it's safe to say na it's not flooded

I haven't tried researching insurance history but try if they did an insurance claim with their past insurance provider.

Kaya ma detect yan ng casa especially car dealer mo pala kukunin. Pwede rin naman sa mga reputable shops and reliable mech.

Pwede ba na gawan ko nalang ng another legal document stipulating na hindi flooded ang car as they claim? Will that be alright?

If its too good to be true, it most probably is. walk away. Kung matic yan i try mo sagad sa lowest gear ung shifter. Check mo kung pantay ung kulay ng exposed part ng shifter. Ung altis namen nabaha un okay naman ang na miss nung nag ayos un nga pag ni set mo shifter to L ma eexpose yung brown na tuyong putik dun sa pinagkakabitan ng kambyo.

Hilahin mo seatbelt sagad, minsan na mi miss din linisin yan. Kaso mo expert na yang mga dealer sa pag ayos, so sugal talaga.
