According to the news, there has been cases of large heavy objects being dropped/thrown from the pedestrian overpass down to the cars passing the underpass.
The damage/casualties are either a broken windshield or personal injuries which includes a woman seated at the front passenger side whose left arm was shattered and now paralyzed.
Police said its the work of some drug addicts. They said they will increase their prescence in the area.

even a laminated windshield will not stop a 4kg rock dropped from 10 meters height.
