I'm choosing between a black and a silver colored car. What do you guys say?

It really depends on the vehicle. I would get the color that best fits/match the vehicle.

Maintenance-wise, I will avoid the black color since its one of those high maintenance colors like white. Swirl marks are highly noticeable.

IMO, i won't go for a black ride. Parang hirap i-maintain. Dapat cguro matiyaga ka and has attention sa every little details. Kasi yung sa friend ko, kita ko agad yung mga kamot, scratches and dents kahit malayo pa ko.

Between the two, go for Silver....Heih! Ho! Silver....Away!

Black painted cars are prone to accident at night.

sakin silver at pina wax ko lng sometime in a year and wash lng ng wash pra makintab at mukhang bago parin.

yung silver kpag madumihan parang makimtab parin pero yung black kpag madamumi ang pangit na.

Actually, black cars are the SECOND most prone to accidents, red cars are FIRST. This has been proven statistically, and experienced personally... have had two red cars and two black ones... I guess I'm just accident prone.

White is a good color, on many cars it can hide dings and scratches. Silver is almost as good as white in regard to scratches, but dings still show up.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    I agree with you.

pag black car maganda pag malinis and madaling makita ang dumi and hairline scratches. pag silver naman e madaling linisin kasi di kita masyado yung mga dumi. kung madaling kumupas yung pintura ng silver car e pangit ang pagkakpinta nun

how is that? never heard of it. just curious.

if you like black and willing to put lots of time to keep it clean, or if you like black and dont ever care if it gets dirty, go for black. otherwise, silver.

on silver na madaling kumupas, i disagree. we got a 2 year old silver dmax, di naman kumukupas e. wag mo lang ibibilad sa araw talaga, kung sabagay kahit anong pintura naman e basta bilad lagi, kupas agad... saka, alaga lang sya sa linis, wax at detail. di rin masydong gasgasin, wag lang yung matutuklapan ng paint. totoo, yung dings di masyadong halata lalo na kapag laging makintab...

hirap sa black car, maganda nga sya pero mainit sa mata... gasgasin pa...

Wag lang gagamitan ng dishwashing liquid pag huhugasan, daling makakupas ng pintura nito.

i once had a balck car...mahirap talagang linisin if you're OC. at present, i own a silver car. super enjoy ako kasi kahit 2 weeks na hindi ko sya nililinis, hindi sya mukhang dumihin. i disagree na mas madaling mag mukhang kupas ang silver. nasa parking yan. heheh.

What car are you getting? Get the color that fits the car. Some cars look awful in black, and some in silver. But if I were you, I'd avoid black (for reasons that are stated above).

    2 black cars here...hehe.personal preference lang.besides,our messenger cleans it 3x a week naman e,so ok lang :D
haven't been in an accident yet...anyways, it's all up to you.if it makes you feel good driving a car of a certain color, by all means, go for it.kesa naman you got one that everyone told you would be easy to maintain tapos di ka naman happy,eh?it's not as if you could easily change cars if you realize this later on....
