Afte timing belt, whats next for preventive maintenence?

had the breaks checked and new master last year, new battery last year, engine oil 2 months ago, new radiator.

Whats next?

afaik, ito yung mga kailangan palitan:

1. timing belt
2. tensioner bearing
3. crankshaft oil seal
4. camshaft oil seal
5. silicon gasket
6. auto tensioner
7. water pump (if necessary para isang gastusan na ng labor)

how about your clutch system, is it still okay? no problems shifting?

Clutch is ok, may cranking noise lang ang gear sa reverse, sa forward gears, smooth sya.

2. clutch secondary repair kit
3. B/N evercool radiator
4. engine oil, 2 months old, less than 2,000 Km
5. Battery, 4 months old
6. brake master, 1 year old
7. brake pads, 4,000Km

well you've covered almost everything, I guess you just have to wait for the normal change-oil/tune-up interval.

depende sa condition ng individual components, normally if the car is more than 5 years old:

check (and replace if necessary):
1. suspension bushings
2. dampers
3. tie rods/end
4. boots and grease (axle, r&p)
5. gear oil
6. fan belts (a/c, alt, p/s)
7. undercoating/rustproofing
8. tires, wheels

. . . and more.

change fluids: power steering, transmission, clutch, brake fluid, etc.

Had it painted already last sept 2005, stripped to metal.
bushings and suspension were also covered last sept 2005.

maybe, the transmission fluid will be my next plan, ipon muna ako.

pawis steering naman kaya wala ako steering fluid. hehehe.

tires ok pa ang thread, makapal pa, less than 2 years pa lang kasi.

umzzzzzzzz: if magpapalit ka na ng timing belt, might as well change water pump na rin. Kay speedyfix, mura lang, less than php 7.5T gastos ko. parts and labor. in 3 hours natapos. malilibang ka pa sa 29" cable tv sa waiting area, or sa mga FHM saka pump mags, hehehe! Kung car mags naman meron din.

may I suggest checking your wheel bearings..repack or replace then check grease points of balljoints-maybe it needs greasing..happy driving!
