Last Thursday night(Jan 2nd) going on Rt 7 east (Bellville Turnpike), I was going into Jersey City. It was around 8:30pm and it just started to rain and hail. As I was going up the last hill on the road, I saw the two cars in front of me started to swerve and brake. When I got on top of the hill, I saw that there were four cars that were in an accident already. When I tried to go around them, I just started to slide and hit one of the cars just like the two cars before me. Here's the damage

Here's my rental :D I kinda like it. It's really big inside with a V6. It's a brand new 2003 Buick Century with only 6,000 miles on it. I love the way it drives. But I miss my car every time I see another 3G on the road

Damage doesn't look too bad! Thank goodness for insurance!

Time to consider getting a set of dedicated snow tires?

I got a call yesterday from the Body Shop. They said there was a lot of internal damage. The damage is going to cost $3,000  My deductable is $500 ... but I made a deal with the guy and I will only need to pay $400  I guess that's better than nothing. He said the parts are on the way and it might take a week for the repairs. In the mean time, I'm enjoying my rental car
