whenever i come across an ad of someone selling his/her car and they indicate the percentage of their tires e.g. 85% tires, is this an exact figure or ineestimate lang nila yung kapal ng natitirang goma nila?

may scientific process na ginagawa ang mga seller sa basement lab nila to determine the actual kapal of d goma by measuring d ratio of the circumference of the diameter and the actuation of the...

sa totoo lang...guesstimate lang yan..makikita mo naman for yourself kung na inspect mo na yung car..
