DI ako familiar if sa province ka pero pede ka mag inquire sa PNP/TMG in your area kung hot car yan. may list sila dun ng naka alarma na reported carnap na cars. re sa tranfer need din ng 2 xerox front and back valid ID ng seller. yun endorsement ng insurance di na lailangan if sabay kang mag transfer ownership and registration. kakagaling ko lang sa proseso na ito kasi nagpa change ownership and registration ako 2 days ago.

Verify the registration at the LTO and TMG office to make sure it's not a "hot car". Make sure that the deed of sale has the original owner (1st) to (2nd), (2nd) to (3rd), then (3rd) to you or if it's an open deed then from the 1st owner to you.

Kanino sir nakapangalan ang CR/OR? 1st owner or 2nd owner?
you need the photocopy ng 2 Valid IDs of owner in CR/OR plus his/her signature.
Deed of sale were the owner in the OR/CR is the one placed plus their signature affixed already confirmed na that is the signature based on the ID photocopy with affixed signature.

Never give a down payment until you are sure.

Go find the first owner and verify. You can by-pass the second owner, by having the first owner sign the deed of sale for easy transfer of title.

If you cannot find the first owner, then spare yourself the hassle and find another car with cleaner title.

Very risky yung ganyang sitwasyon.

Spare yourself the hassle and trouble, shop around for another car that has a cleaner title and direct seller.

Di puwede to. Kasi kung notarized na yung DOS ng second owner from the first owner, valid yung transaction na yun kahit magpagawa pa siya and matrace yung first owner.

And if ako naman ang first owner, hindi ako papayag kasi nabenta ko na sa original na second owner so labas nako sa usapan.
