    Hi Cherry Bomber,

Yes, I'll be interested in looking at your 1965 fastback (GT350 clone).

My office is along Ayala so maybe we can have lunch somewhere in The Fort (near Macdonalds and UCC Coffee Shop). Nice and free parking space there!

I also spec'ed-up my '67 convertible to be at par or better than a classic GT350 though its still in the resto stage (end game I hope). I'm also on a lookout for a 1965 or 1966 fast back.

PM me when you are available this week bro! See yah!

Midinite/Cherrybomb, Nice rides guys. ANGRING-ANGRY and SUPER MACHO ANG DATING!! Talagang TOYS FOR THE BIG BOYS!! Hope to ride shotgun with the both of you one of these days. As for me, got some ways to go pa in my initial foray into the muscle car world. I'm into Mach1s and have 2 projects ongoing--a 69 and a 71 from the original Gone in 60 Seconds. Will try to post some of my pics the minute I figure out how to post from my files.

Turbo/Woodfire, sure would love to see a sampling of your respective beasts, as well as from the others who's got Muscle cars stashed away somewhere.

:hiya: thanks guys. really the work of a previous owner. will try do do it justice.

meanwhile im trying to source a dual reservoir master cylinder for the brakes before things get to exciting (there's a hissing sound when i depress the pedal!!! ) and a set of bushings for the rear end.

if anyone knows where they are readily available please let me know.

Will check with the guys working my stuff about the dual reservoir. yup, its like taking out insurance...always good to have a back-up...brakes are often the underestimated component of any classic. Like tires...which makes no sense since better safe than sorry...and that reminds me about the time I had my brakes serviced by a well-known musclecar guy in mandaluyong whose dad used to drag race with my uncle on "tetanus" (which is now in australia)...and he did a shabby job...i lost them at paseo de roxas on what was once my GTO...needless to say I am not going back there.

you can't imagine the horror of thinking what would happen if my GTO slammed onto the back of that bus with Willie Revilliame smiling at me holding a pack of wowowowee snacks...luckily engine brake plus a quick swerve helped. Freaked the pedestrians beside the Insular Life building.

Yup...didn't want another wowowee disaster there as well...got some other projects that I will post sometime. Lost my digi cam and my other laptop crashed with all them pics...but then again would rather have that laptop crash rather than a car and become a Victory liner hood ornament...

Dual master cylinders are easy. disc brakes are harder to find. but there is nothing impossible. hehehe.

Talking about VICTORY liner, they have marvelous collection of Muscle cars. 67 GTO convertibles, 67-69 Camaros, 65 350GT Clone, 70 and 72 Challenger, 75 Formula, 72 Charger and 67 Mustang Convertible.

So, maybe one of their bus will love to have your GTO for a front end ornament. hehehe.

I'm sure they would...that's why I purposely said that and not Philippine Rabbit. The two brothers? Did they wind up getting the purple 75 formula of the guy with the horse place at fairview after all?

By the way, I did convert their 350GT to power-assist rack and pinion steering. It is now very stable in hi-way speed. And I have a set of disc brakes with spindles that I recently found which I am going to instal on the car. Hehehe, a true GT!
