are they still in business? are they still selling the old B2200's/Anfras? And is it still a good idea to get these trucks/vans?

wala na silang B2200 kasi wala na silang tie up with mazda. pero may tie up na sila with Isuzu and launching next month...
even better. isuzus are known for solid underchasis and good engine performance sa diesels...Originally Posted by SunTzu

two fmc vehicles i remember:
the single-cab b2200: long and sleek. i saw one before wherein the rope hooks were shaved, tapos it was fitted with the rims from the first-gen safari, then low-profile tires. pure white yung paint job (wala pang pearl nun e). simple yet cool!
and of course, JP II's bullet-proof popemobile when he visited during world youth day '95! fmc gumawa noon and they supposedly didn't charge a single penny for it!
looking forward to the return of fmc!

i hope FMC will release a small commuter type car thats 200k and below(it has been done) and is in the same format as the pride and charades/uno's. with diesel engine etc. lets support the local car industry and help create jobs for our kababayan.
PS: ill get one when they make a car with that specs hehehe. the legacy is overpriced and still, you get a converted/reconditioned vehicle. but if it was priced lower then its a great deal...like say 135k.

Very enterprising ang Franscisco family. Mabuti at under rehabilitation na FMC. Truly Pinoy yan at malaki na-itulong yan not only in Las Pinas but for the country as a whole. Im still happy seeing those numerous Anfras and Pinoys going around the streets of Metro Manila and Cavite.
That will be a great news for the Pinoy auto manufacturers and the industry as a whole.![]()
