Niak...
Mama's boy dating... no offense...

Wait for your parents to give you a car. I agree with chuaed. Your parents will know if you deserve to get a car as a gift. Usually it's given naman before you go to college.
Tell your parents that you will have an easier time with school if you had a car. (less stress) Shorter travel time means more time to study. Show them that you are responsible enough to maintain a car and never show road rage when you drive. It will give them peace of mind once you start bringing your own car to school. Also, don't forget to show enthsuiasm when your Mom or Dad asks you to drive from them. Always show them your gratitude with the generous gift that they gave you.

be a good child. know what is expected of you and try to live up to those expectations. show an effort that you are trying to make something of yourself. be a help, not a burden. show an understanding of what your parents can afford as luxuries, and what their financial situation is.
then ask nicely. if the answer is yes, be thankful and appreciative no matter which car you get (di na kesyo brand new or honda or whatever). if the answer is no, accept the answer gracefully at wag gawing panumbat in the future :D

Unang una with no offense, kaya ba financially including it’s maintenance? If yes…Need ba talaga or want lang? kung need kahit di ka makipag pilitan, ibibigay talaga now kung want, you have to prove really how much you need it and show them that you’re responsible driver too not sakit ng ulo or burden in the future ha? and lastly if ever meron na, wag yung gamit lang ng gamit ha?

Agree ako rito... As a rule of thumb,- if you cannot maintain a car, then you should not own one... Since you're not yet earning, the only 'financial contribution' you can give your family is either you help your parents in your family business, if there is one, or you're doing excellent work/grade in school ...
However, in spite of accomplishing either or both of the above, be thankful if they can provide you with one, but you have to understand them if they say 'no' or 'not this time'
