you can't go wrong with KYB gas shocks. best bang for the buck! mahal kasi bilsteins eh hehe!

having the same problems too... light 1.3 engine up front, tapos ayun likod medyo nakababa. nakatingala din akin. 1991 corolla.

    wanted to drop the front.

was thinking of raising the rear end na lang.
was thinkin of lifters (from what i read, yun nga ba tawag dun, pampataas?). :D

    san maganda magpagawa?

bili ka ng lifters sa suking auto supply mo tapos pwede ata ipakabit sa any servitek station... or you can try sa 1st station located along EDSA.

eventually, you will have to replace your OEM shocks when you changed to lowering springs. My old integra survived three years with OEM shocks and Eibach springs.

pinaka the best dyan is to replace the front shocks with levin struts/short struts/short shocks. these shocks are shorter than oem by an inch. it wud definitely lower the front.

makikitanong na rin ako sa thread na ito. my ride is a civic lxi ek. nagpalit ako ng 15" mags with 195/55/15 tires. ang taas nya ngayon tignan. kailangan ko ba palitan springs and shocks? gusto ko lang sana kasing baba lang ng SIR. mga maglano kaya estimated costs? :D

hmm. dunno if changing the struts would really fit my budget.
more so, i dunno if good brand lowering springs would fit my budget. :D

P200 each wheel, putol coil springs. i'm considering a 1" drop lang sa harap para lang pumantay.. good or bad?

bad. di na pantay yung spring rate nyan pre. and stock springs arent made to be short. maasar ka lang sa tagtag nyan. short struts costs 2000, pair na yun, surplus nga lang. sa shigorenga store meron non.

If meron kang upgraded na shocks ay makakatulong ito cguro sa comfort ng ride even with the coilovers at work .

Dito, ZEAL V6 about $ 2800, Cusco 2R $ 2300- $ 2450, KW $ 2250,
Bilstein $ 2400. Except for KW, lahat yata ito eh Made in Japan. Any local website ng tindahan ng performance parts? Im on the edge of buying on one of these, any input will be highly appreciated.

going back to adjustables... kapag ba sinabing adjustables, any layman (read: driver who's not too mechanically inclined) can just adjust them? di ba any changes on the suspension system means you'd need to go for alignment?
the reason I'm asking is I'm thinking (more like dreaming... hehehe) of changing my suspensions into something that could have a stock stance most of the time, and then say go lowered during get-togethers, etc.
