putting all the body kit in a car one can think of, but not modifying the engine. the result, heavier car that burns a lot of fuel.
putting another manufacturer's badge/sticker in a car. i saw a lancer with a honda sticker and a lancer gsr with a ferrari sticker
waste of money:
1."Kanto" carwashes - in the long run, your paint will deteriote
2. subwoovers which takeover rear seats (although i've wanted these eversince). - your friends and family will not find this cool anymore when they have to sit in the back. And your chance to boom boom aren't really plenty since maraming magagalit at maiingit. sabatoge kotse mo.
1. major sound setup na di masyado sinasali sa show (guilty)
2. closely following the car in front of you in traffic (sinisingitan nga lang ako)
3. under-inflating tires
4. waiting inside car w/ A/C on (although inevitable in Manila heat)
5. glowing emblems
6. neon lights sa chassis
7. fuel saving devices
8. altezza tail lights
9. HID foglights (where's the fog?)
10. 5" tachometers when you don't race naman
I used to have my car washed every week but when i started to buy mga wax and car cleaners, ako na lang naghugas mag isa para at least mabawi ko yun pinambili ko. P80 a week din yun. 3 months without going to the carwash = P960.
dunno about the DIY car wash. you do have to pay for the water you use, then ung oras at pagod mo pa. ginagawa ko, inaalternate ko na lang sya. this week sa carwash, next week DIY, and so on. ang maganda sa DIY, you get to inspect your car a bit closer, like tires, mudguards, etc.
spend $10,000 in mods, then turn around and sell the whole car for $5,000. am i missing something here? i don't get it. don't laugh, i see it often. just check out you're local advertisements.

how about those blue or sometimes multicolor blinking lights sa windshield washer or sa screw ng plate number. anu ba ang gamit nito?
