    ok lang kahit tumaas ang diesel fuels kapag nawala lahat ng mga jeepneys. at least mawawala ang traffic, mao-offset nun yung fuel spent while stuck in traffic. :mrgreen:

    i thought the fuel of choice in europe was diesel... mas mura dapat yun kesa sa gas doon.

    kaya bilib na bilib ako nung nakakita ako ng F150 na may karga. and it was moving a small tree! this was along the big garden store outside whiteplains.

    Yeah, thought so. The F-250/F-350 super duty trucks are the ones with the "massive amounts of low-end torque" requirement, which is why they've been given diesel powerplants.

    I remember a thread at the old board when Otep posted that Suburbans have diesel powerplants for the middle eastern market. Those powerplants were actually thirstier than their petrol-fed counterparts, but this was slightly offset by diesel being cheaper. All told, halos ganun din kalaki yung consumo nung diesel sa gas. Coupled with our crappy diesel quality, the diesel-fed powerplant might not be such a good idea.

    for a truck, a boxy type body looks more macho like on the 2004 F-150 :D

    Dodge Ram -> now that's the truck i was looking to refer to. relatively smallish headlights when compared to the huge front grille.
