    Hi,
    Would like to get suggestions on the best setup for stage 1 upgrade for a ford lynx 2001? Would also appreciate suggestions on how to make the car faster and where I can buy cheaper parts for upgrades?

    Lots of 1.6 guys there with modified cars, so you can get a good idea of what's available and how much everything will cost you.
