    Ok, I'm not sure if this 100% true or accurate so pls bear with me.

    My sources tell me that an all new design and body Ford Everest will be replacing the current Everest by the target release month of Oct/Nov 2006. It would be finally sporting a CRDi engine. As usual, it would be coming in from Thailand.

    A worthy adversary to the Fortuner? It remains to be seen.

    Ps: So far I haven't seen any spyshots on the net.

    Pps: The Ranger, which shares its platform and parts with the Everest, is targeted for a July 2006 release.

    wow, and i was still deciding to buy the current everest. may balik promo pa naman at 999K only. mukang mag aantay ako nito. Sana AUV price paren sya like the current one. Kasi pag naging SUV price na to e malabo na ang pinapangarap kong SUV

    nice finally a proper crdi engine for the everest... i heard the current everest is pretty slow. Hopefully it would be matched to a nice exterior

    fast and slow is a relative thing. i can attest the RWD 5MT version is very easy to drive upto sustained 145kph and beyond. for me its more than enough. but more power is also welcome.

    The 4-Trac is just a concept to preview the new styling direction of the all-new Ranger.

    This is the all-new (J97U) Ford Ranger.

    the looks good, but the side and rear views still look like the ols ranger/everest. i hope the new everest will have coil springs.
