Nope. It's based on the Ford Falcon, a right hand drive only platform.

August 9th, 2006 09:19 AM #4kung sa territory pa lang exited ka na, paano na pag nakita mo to?
Ford's new Turbo Territory with a 245kW (328hp) turbocharged 4.0-litre 6-cylinder engine and a slick ZF Six Speed Automatic transmission with Sequential Sports Shift (SSS).
And yes, RHD-only lang ang Territory. Exported to South Africa and New Zealand too.

hmm..
mas okay ung Freestyle..
3.0L Duratec DOHC V6 24-valve
203 hp * 5750 rpm
207 lb-ft of torque * 4500 rpm
4100-lb curb weight
VAR speed Automatic -- CVT na!
Para syang escape na masmalaki at masmahaba ng kaunti.. pero di kasing bigat ng Explorer..Last edited by kiper; August 9th, 2006 at 09:38 AM.

It's an underpowered stationwagon with awd and slightly raised suspension, it uses a unibody chassis unlike the Explorer which is based on a truck frame. If you've ever seen it in person you won't be too impressed. AFAIK Ford hasn't sold alot of it in the US either just like Chrysler with the Pacifica which has been a bust since it's release. I think MB will join them with the R class since they are all about the same size with price being the main difference.

The new Everest and Ranger were derived from the current gen models but get new engine options, an updated chassis and a nearly all-new body.

Again, the Australian made Ford Territoy Crossover SUV is RHD only, and if the Territory had been designed with a LHD model and sold here, the non-turbo AWD model would probably cost about P2.4M+.
