October 13th, 2010 02:03 PM #21My relationship with my SC at Ford Libis began to turn sour when she told me last Monday that there is a memo from FGP that all variants of fiesta releases would be move from Oct. 16 which is the date she promised me to Oct. 22... due to quality control daw because someone posted a picture about it in facebook (I was the one who posted it at facebook). There is no problem with that if that is the truth. But further research on my part revealed that Ford Balintawak, Commonwealth, QA had been releasing fiesta units ahead of schedule. I assumed that since I will be paying in cash, I wasn't prioritized...I know buyers who availed of inhouse financing gets priority while cash payment the least. When I confronted her with this the next day, she said that my unit was already in the plant for pdi and apparently shipment from thailand arrived early daw kaya possible na marelease ng Oct. 16....then when I asked about the memo she gets defensive and yun daw lang kase sabi sa kanya and she said that "ayaw din naman nya makipag deal sa taong di naniniwala sa kanya" refering to me...I felt like she is willing if I cancel my reservation so she could give it to someone else... so we agreed that if she can't release my unit on Oct. 16 I can get a refund provided I return the lifestyle kit...Furthermore Ford Fiesta at facebook confirmed that no such memo delaying the releases was issued. I feel kinda uneasy na dealing with her because she lost my trust....
Tidus me alam ka pala sa libis di ka man lang nag warning...hehe

Thailand nga ba? Somebody from Ford here in China na dito daw galing, same sa mga GM cars Cruze, Aveo. Andaming car companies and nagtayo dito na mismo dito like Audi, MB,BMW, Honda, Volkswagen, GM cars, etc. Reason bat nagmura bigla price nila. Just imagine for only a bit more than 3.5M you can buy an Audi A5 while it's 4.5M there, again PGA claims that their units are all from Germany. It's hard to tell now if it's from China or Thailand or Germany as the QC people are the Japanese or German themselves.
Sorry ot, hirap lang na Thailang expact natin pero hindi pala. 1 year ng labas dito China ang Fiesta, reason why I'm doubting from Thailand nga.

October 13th, 2010 02:15 PM #23hahaha...dudes wala akong sinabing taga-manila ako. maaring taga-maguindanao ako hehehe..
i really like the white not because its the best color now but i think it will be the best color after maybe 3yrs hehehe after i put 2 blue stripes in it
but orange is really the hot color right now, bago kasi sa mata natin. iba cya sa pagka-orange nung mga sportivo, vios, etc .. chilly talga hehehe
i think i will stick with this dealer na lang. baka lalo akong madelay
sinu kaya talaga ang sablay? FGPs planning & delivery strategy? mahina ung dealer sa FGP? may priority customer ung dealer? mahina SA? ginagago ng SA at yung boss na din nung SA?

October 13th, 2010 02:16 PM #24FGP did an excellent marketing strategy using the social networking site Facebook to sell their Fiesta....I don't know if they have consider the consequences....Dissatisfied customers could very well air their grievances for all to know....Definitely it could backfire big time if they make a mistake....FGP made an official reply in their facebook account...No such memo delaying the release of all fiesta units to Oct. 22

I put deposit on a chilli orange sport last month at Ford Cavite.
I was told December delivery for this colour. Maybe November at earliest.
Other colours have less waiting time. Blue and Black especially.
Ford really need to get their act together unless they want to lose a lot of customers.
Previous poster was correct...Facebook could eventually become their downfall.
Bad news travels fast.

Engine cover is not a big deal, mas maganda lang tignan kung meron with the manufacturers logo et all.. . For the armrest, not a big deal unless siguro sa long drives could be a problem...

October 14th, 2010 12:31 PM #30delayed feista tsikoters, para lang sure na updated tayong lahat reply sa fb ng fiesta
Ford Fiesta in the Philippines I have read all the posts in the Tsikot.com thread, others in the FGP team may have read them all too. Your comments (good or bad) are very helpful to us. In my opinion (Geraldine Cheng - Digital Marketing Specialist), as one of the admins,... we have been very honest in our dealings - Ford Phils. follows strict integrity policies. We thank you for patiently waiting for the Fiesta, the units are constantly arriving (from shipment) and are being delivered to the dealerships nationwide. Units really depend on the dealer's available stocks and vary on displacement, color, transmission, body style.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
