Ford Philippines on the road to recovery since March



Ford Philippines' dry spell is almost over. After floods in Thailand crippled their supply network for two months, the blue oval brand is finally on the road to recovery as vehicle supply from the kingdom continues to improve. As proof, they were able to record a 50% sales increase for the month of March selling 624 units. And with three new vehicles launched at the 8th Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) plus the arrival of all-new Focus scheduled later in the year, the future definitely looks bright for Ford.

As always, the over-achieving Fiesta lead this months' list by delivering its best-ever month sales of 392 - a 64% increase from February. And even with effects of the Thai floods limiting local supply, would you believe, its overall first-quarter sales actually rose slightly from the previous quarter. Following in a close second is the Escape with 112 units sold, which is a 56% increase from last month.....
