Nice. Is it advisable to buy a second hand focus tdci manual or power shift?

The latter has so many problems and expensive to repair?

Also is the manual focus tdci clutch lining different than standard linings? I read somewhere its about 80k to replace the clutch release bearing and pressure plate?

Sir for me, the manual type is more advisable. Marami po kasi problems ang automatic. And true po na expensive po ang parts ng manual focus tdci pero hindi po siya sirain. If theres proper maintenance, matagal po bago masira or mag wear out. And mas marap dalin ang manual transmission. Its up to 6th gear. Maririnig niyo pa ang turbo everytime na switch gear. Honestly, the diesel type of focus encountered so many problems that ford cant perfect. Kaya nga po wala ng nilabas ulit na diesel. Pero for me, if i have the money, bibili rin ako ng focus tdci, matulin po. Hehe!

Also parang gusto ko ng expedition na 02 tapos convert sa diesel. May gumagawa sa muntinlupa using surplus engine u like hehe. Any comments on this? Sirain din ba expedition?

Sir Luigi, my focus 2009 AT got Transmission fail and will not start, starter won't run. Shifter Lock when depressed, panel displays 'R' even when not moving the shift lever. what could be the problem. Just drove it for about 50km and when I placed it in reverse, cannot put it back to drive.

Good morning mga ka tsikot,

Kakabili ko lng ng ford ranger last week sa ford manila bay. Kinabukasan ni road trip ko siya from manila to manaoag,baguio,vigan,ilocos norte at balik sa manila. Then nag roro papuntang iloilo. 1 week pa lng nsa 1700 kms na yung odo, problema nagpa schedule ako ng PMS pero next week pa yung check up ksi haba ng pila so nasa 2 weeks pa lng yung sasakyan. Hindi kaya ako magkaka problema sa warranty nito kapag 1700 odo at 2 weeks old yung sasakyan para sa 1k PMS?

Hello. Newbie here and first time poster.

I drive a 2005 Ford Explorer XLT which I purchased last 2006. Now has 65K mileage. Recently changed the radiator, thermostat housing, pulleys, belt, water pump, engine mounts, etc. During driving and getting stuck in traffic for about 2 hours or so, my engine starts to vibrate. Medyo malakas sya felt sa steering wheel. My idle speed is dead on 750RPM and does not fluctuate. Vibration disappears when I start to move with speed. AC also loses bite while vibration is taking place. I need help please. Thanks.

Hi, my lynx ghia has trouble with number 2 ignition coil overheating resulting in bugling and breaking the coil. We tried exchanging new coil, still the same results. Checked the socket and harness but no short. Checked the elctrical output, the electrician says the coil is giving off more electricity than it is supposed to be. Then they opened the computer box and states that the box has been damaged. My box is cm11. We tried a cm14 box from a mitsubishi, it turned on but after 30 minutes, the coil is heating again and busted up. So, do you guys think the comp box is faulty? What are your thoughts? Thanks.
