A/c affects consumption also. Try to lower the thermostat at huwag full lagi. Stereo has no effect.

thanks, di ko pa makuha yung totoong consumption nya now since last na pa gas namin medyo matagal na umaandar at naka on yung aircon eh.
itry ko ireset yun trip computer, then i will share my fc.
natry na rin namin yun sport mode pagpunta antipolo, ramdam mo talaga mas malakad at mabilis hatak.
^^ as much as possible do your usual routine sa pagddrive like naka on aircon although wag ko itodo thermostat. On the other hand, tataas talaga fc mo kung parati ka nakaidle lang.
yup, will try to lower ac, pansin ko parati ko pala naimamax yun ac, lalo pag naka idle.
kakayanin kaya ng focus ang umakyat pabaguio?![]()
Sinubukan ko kanina. Ganda ng FC using Sport mode, ave of 12.33km/L city driving, stop and go traffic. Montalban-Cubao-Libis-Montalban. Sana pag sa malayuan maging maganda rin kunsumo.
Did you measure it by filling up till full and then filling up again after the trip?
Yes sir. Di ko na rin tinodo yung AC
Bukas susubukan ko ulit. Sport, tapos matic mode.
if you are after the looks, probably not. but for the purposes they were designed to, pede naman. nasa sa iyo naman yan kung ano mas pinahahalagahan mo.
I guess, at least its not the car, though I never installed one of those. lol
*Ysabel17, do you plan to add backup sensors? If you do, request for the OEM style 3 sensors (left, center, and right) as seen on the high-end Titanium+ and Sport+ models, the default is they give you 2 sensors.
Our old Focus Mk2 Trend came standard with those, very useful when parallel parking or backing up in tight places.
Hope new gen Focus durability/ reliability/ price of parts has improved drastically over the Mk2. Otherwise good luck.
We have Mk2 Focus (gasoline) that's almost 7 years old, so far no problems.
The only things we've replaced so far were the battery (DIN44 Motolite Gold) and the worn out rear stabilizer link (bushings), which cost P1,100 for a pair (left and right) from Mazford at Banawe st, QC.
The Mk3 Focus' rear stabilizer bar has different mounts (links), this should last longer than the one on the Mk2 Focus.
The 2 sensors are good enough, the 3 sensors just have a wider scope.
I know what you mean, I just got used to hosing the mud off the sides of the car when that happens to me. Lol
I still haven't seen a local Focus Mk3 with mud flaps, but i've seen it in photos.
How much is it from the Ford dealership?
