    After 2 years with casa service, I opted to service my Fiesta on my own. I now follow a 10k km change oil cycle which is about a year in between change oil periods. I also change the air filter and cabin filter together with the oil plus clean the brakes and the usual suspension checks.

    Another stupid policy by Ford libis, they have a new policy that they will not release the unit that was repaired until the insurance has released the cheque.

    I called ford phillipines, they are also useless.

    Don't ever bring your car for service in ford libis. Lausgroup another policynto woo customers away.

    Isn’t this the standard now? Subaru also wouldn’t release my car until the cheque from the insurance was delivered.

    Tuso kasi insurance companies ngayon. Dinedelay nila yung cheque payouts for weeks and months.

    I think the dealers should not use our cars as guarantee against the insurance.

    Tayo naiipit sa inefficiencies ng mga businesses.

    Now they are pointing fingers on who will get the cheque.

    As per my service advisor, this is a new policy.

    I already filed a complaint to dti.

    I would encouraged people to file complaints to DTI if they feel they are being duped by dealers.

    In Pampanga, they own a lot of dealerships including Suzuki. I know one of the owners but I did not buy my Ertiga from them since they can only offer a 10K discount. I dealt with the ANC Group who was generous enough to extend a 30K cash discount and their service team is very accommodating as well.

    Same here got my Ranger from ANC Group instead of Laus Group na napakalapit sa place ko. 80k vs 50k discount

    Hirap magclaim ng warranty, ang weather strip ng doors ko nagka-crack na, ayaw pa nila palitan, 15 months old pa ecosport ko. Ang Ford dito sa amin ay under Autohub. Nacompare ko lang experience ko from Mitsu,Toyo and Hond casa.
