mga sirs, i need some advice. unfortunately, yung second hand fiesta na nabili ko may modification. Yung part kung san nakadikit yung oil dipstick tube sa oil pan may sealant daw. Nalaman ko lang nung last pms ko. Pagkachange oil kase di na nila mabalik ng husto yung dipstick. Di sya maipasok ng sagad. Sabi ng SA ko Kailangdan daw palitan yung dipstick tube. Worst case yung oil pan daw. Pero nung paguwi ko sinubukan ko ipasok. Ginawa ko, ni rotate ko lang yung dipstick at naipasok ko naman ng husto kaya nagtataka tuloy ako ba di nila naisip or subian yun. Tingin nyo papalitan ko pa ba yung dipstick tube or oil pan kahit naibalik ko na ng maayos. Baka kase kungano pang issues maintroduce kung papapalit ko pa. Nakakapagmeasure na din naman ako ng oil level.

Alam ko na void na warranty sa dipstick tube at oil pan, pero may iba pa bang parts na mavoid ang warranty dahil sa paglagay ng sealant sa tube/oil pant junction?

I forgot to mention na wala namang leak sa junction ng dipstick tube at oil pan

this is just my opinion.

if it doesn't leak oil and the engine runs just fine, don't do anything yet.

now in the meantime, just find out the real story behind this. what specifically were the mods done so you know what might happen or what you need to do to prevent future problems.

That's what im thinking too. Ill defer having the tube replaced since there isnt any leak anyway. Replacing the tube and/or oil pan could just cause me more problems if done incorrectly.

And im already in touch with the seller of the car.
