Probably too early to ask, bago lang ang fiesta sa local market... pero what do you think used prices will be 2 and 4 years down the line?

Maraming factors ang resale value. Brand perception, quality, MARKET DEMAND in the 2nd hand market (the most important)... Hirap magsabi ng actual resale... Ako siguro if bebenta ko ito 5 years from now subukan ko asking P550K tapos tignan natin from there anong lalabas...

Thanks sa reply! Just sold my MZ3 ng sobrang babakaya bigla akong napaisip
Yan ang isang disadvantage of buying a new model. Uncertain depreciation in a few years time (unless you're keeping the car)![]()
given the baseline of 15% depreciation on a well maintained car. here it is. of course you will have to factor in market demand but more or less... this can be a baseline. also put in 20% depreciation... you can use this if demand is low or if the car isnt too well maintained.
year 1-5 estimated resale value at 15%, and 20% depreciation. this is for a fiesta sport.
15% depreciation
816 693 589 501 425 362
20% depreciation
816 652 417 334 334 267
How low? And what variant?
Fiesta's resale should be a bit better... it's subcompact, so the impression people will get is that it's more fuel efficient... but the 1.6 automatic (yeah, it's a dual clutch manumatic... but the perception will be the same) may not be competitive in terms of resale value with smaller engined rivals.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
for sure it will have same fate as the other fords, low resale value. the novelty is gone and 6 months after the last transport show, bilang na bilang pa din nasa kalsada
