actually, it should not stop you, lalo na if you see that the vehicle is in great condition and of the right price.
the secretary's certificate can be easily acquired.... yun nga lang every month lang nag memeet ang board of directors.
tell that to the company's purchasing department, either they provide the sec certificate immediately or you back off.
    pero dapat complete and documents...

pero the acceptable docs that you should have now is the original OR/CR and the Deed of Sale... hayaan mo na maiwan muna yung secretary's certificate.... you know why? kung mahuli ka and OR/CR lang ang dala mo.... what will be the proof that you own/bought the car? should be the deed of sale. kung may valid comprehensive insurance pa sya, kunin mo na din yung policy. this is where the secretary's certificate should also be at hand kung (pero hwag naman) makaaksidente ka o maaksidente ka, the insurance company will only deal with the company, so para maging claimant ka, dapat may hawak ka din na katibayan na ikaw ang nakabili ng oto as appointed by the corporate secretary.

the secretary's certificate and the ID of the secretary certificate is also needed kung ililipat mo na sa pangalan mo yung oto.

in connection w/ this topic, iniiwan ba sa hpg or lto iyong mga orig docs like the deed of sale, sec cert, and the or/cr kapag apply ng change of ownership? i'm in the process of doing this procedure myself pero next week ko pa maasikaso since i just completed all the required docs yesterday

btw, madali lang mag-continue nung existing comprehensive insurance nung car. ang hiningi lang sa akin via email iyong scanned/soft copy nung deed of sale nung insurance broker
