Sir ung dead of sale dapat kaliwaan yan, pag bigay mo ng cash/managers check dapat hawak mo na din and ung car maiuuwi mo na.

Since company naman yan hingian mo din ng official receipt na binili mo sa kanila ung car.

vinj is correct, aside from the deed of sale, the usual OR/CR.
you would also need the ID of the corporate secretary.

actually, it should not stop you, lalo na if you see that the vehicle is in great condition and of the right price.
the secretary's certificate can be easily acquired.... yun nga lang every month lang nag memeet ang board of directors.
tell that to the company's purchasing department, either they provide the sec certificate immediately or you back off.
pero dapat complete and documents...

Pag nagbebenta kami ng company-owned vehicle, di na kami nagbibigay ng police clearance (besides di naman humihingi yung ahente or final buyer).
