The standard F150 might fit within mall parking areas as I have seen new Expeditions being parked. The Raptor though will be definitely something else.
The F150 would do well as a road trip hauler. It has more than space for 5 people, a big cargo bay for lots of stuff, and you can even tow something (10k pounds).

Its fairly priced.
But buying is the easy part, selling it after one gets tired of it is another. Probably stays with original owner for a long time.
Like any of the American SUVs, they are mostly kept for a long time. Buyers of Expeditions, Explorers, or Suburbans rarely resell them as most Pinoys are allergic to big gas-fed engines. They are not for everyone here in the Philippines.
In the US, these trucks thrive as they are used as workhorses. Americans love their pickup trucks even more than their big SUVs.

at any rate the f150 will be a super niche market dito sa Pilipinas this time owing nga to its humongous size and big gas v8.
But naalala ko noong early 90's for some reason nagkalat ang local expedition v8, f150 v8and v6 ata super crew meron pang flareside dito sa Pinas. na excite ata Pilipino noong panahong bumalik sa Pinas ang Ford.
Im very interested. NOt sure though if it will fit my offive parking slot. Thats the deal breaker.
These things last a very long time. Its great value at its pricing. They are meant to be workhorses but since these are the luxury versions, they probably wont even be tested that hard.

"The almost 900,000 F-Series pickups sold last year generated about $42 billion in revenue, according to a study Ford commissioned from the Boston Consulting Group. That ranks near Apple Inc.’s iPhone among the biggest U.S. consumer products. On its own, F-Series is larger than McDonald’s, Nike, Coca-Cola Co. and Starbucks "..... from Autoblog.

^^^ what Toyota officially brought in was bare bones FJ compared to full spec grey market units.
Presently facing that problem are those who imported wide body hellcat challenger.
It sells for 9M+, then Dodge Phil brought in the newer hellcat redeye at “cheaper” price of 7.9m.
Id buy one if it fit in my parking space in the office. Regardless of depreciation, its a good amount of capability, capacity, metal (aluminum), engine power, space, leather, safety content and intelligent features (auto park, active cruise control) for the money. And its got those rugged good looks so sought after in pick ups.
It will also last much longer and remain more useful than my other cars.
Nothing to do w my manhood. Hehehe.

I was talking my wife with the idea that the F150 would be our next purchase. She’s never a fan of pickups. She told me that she will be fine with a midsize sedan like the Camry/Accord or a midsize SUV like the Explorer.

FordPH should have brought just the base Lariat model (4x2) with the smaller 2.7L V6 Ecoboost engine. 325hp/540Nm of output is good enough and it could have been more affordable, maybe around 2.3M.
Below is a review of the FX4 model with the 2.7L V6 Ecoboost engine.
