People just cant be satisfied, what else can you get from a 2L 4 cyc engine and then ask for good reliability, efficiency and affordability.

I'm very impressed with this 2.0L Bi-Turbo oil burner - a great balance of ample power and excellent fuel economy. The 10-speed AT and its shifting algorithm in Sport mode work very well in optimizing the RPMs for the power demand at every moment the vehicle is running.
I wish Ford can come out with a compact 4x4 SUV (ladder-framed, Eco-Sport size) with this engine and AT. At a net weight south of 1,600 kg, such a vehicle should be able to do a sub-8 sec 0-100 kmph, plus the 500 N-m torque would provide it with tractor-like pulling ability.
The Escape 2.0L AWD Ecoboost was rated at 250hp/350Nm and was about as quick as a Forester XT. It may not have the grunt of a turbo diesel but it has very decent output for a 2.0L turbo gas engine. It came out as a bust in the local market. Ford had to offer 500k discount on both 1.6L and 2.0L models just to clear its inventory.
There are a lot of Ranger Raptors in the south metro area. I have seen a few within BF Homes. The stance is really impressive. In my opinion, those stocks tires are not meant for city driving. Give it H/L tires and it would be better for city use.

guys, what's your take that the raptor is stripped off of some safe, security and driver assist techs compared to the 4x4 wildtrak. Is it a big deal?
Is it true that ford is one price policy? Are promos the same on all dealers here in ph? Specifically on the ranger raptor.
Thank you!

Take whatever sales people tell you with a grain of salt ... They indeed have the same SRP ... But discounts will vary ...

What does the dealer mean when they say I finally have an allocated unit, they are just waiting on FGP for the pull out date?
