    Bro, the Ranger Raptor is a lot wider and longer than the LC200.

    Ranger Raptor dimensions:
    W = 2,180 mm
    L = 5,398 mm
    H = 1,873 mm

    LC200 dimensions:
    W = 1,970 mm
    L = 4,950 mm
    H = 1,880 mm

    The width will make most parking slots too narrow. Normal parking spaces are only 2.5m to 2.6m. Wide (rare in the city) ones are at 2.7m to 2.8m. This crate will need a 3 meter wide parking space just so you can get in and out comfortably.

    Most LC200's I've seen come with a chauffeur. Perhaps the Raptor owner will also need one if used in the city. Or maybe use valet parking service.

    Interestingly, here are some engine numbers to compare for the LC200 and Raptor:

    1. Raptor = 2.0L 4 cyl. engine, 213 PS/210 HP, 500 NM, curb weight = 2324 kg
    Power-to-weight Ratio = 90.36 HP/MT
    Torque-to-weight Ratio = 215.15 NM/MT

    2. LC200 = 4.5L 8 cyl. engine, 232 PS/229 HP, 615 NM, curb weight = 2720 kg
    Power-to-weight Ratio = 84.19 HP/MT
    Torque-to-weight Ratio = 226.10 NM/MT

    The reasons why you have those two small cars may not work for this big truck. But the disadvantages of them being small will not be a problem with this. In fact you will be on top of these cars and you can see them clearly from side to side.
    Parking will be a chore but the camera is there to help you. You have to l8ke big cars or trucks if you want to keep this that long.
    Hope this helps but im no expert just sharing my thoughts.

    That is a very pretty bride, love that choice of color. Thanks for the feedback. Hows the cornering, minimal roll? You feel that hugging on the road?

    After viewing a lot of Raptor videos in Youtube, my initial color preference was red or blue because my old Montero is black and na-umay na ako sa itim. But when I saw the Raptors in black, red and blue in real life, I went for the black - mas matindi ang personality to my subjective eyes.

    I set the terrain management to normal (supposed to be anemic in responsiveness) during my first drive, yet when I accelerate hard during corners, I'm already impressed with the power delivery, handling and controlled roll (way better than my Montero). The wider track gives you confidence to do sudden lane changes even at higher speeds. I look forward to trying the Baja mode in unpaved roads as soon as I've broken it in.

    BTW, the normal freebies of LTO registration, tint and matting don't come free with the Raptor for now, you have to pay for these. Not too bad a deal though compared to what the Thais (THB 1.7M or PHP 2.84M) and the Ozzies (AUD 75K, or PHP 2.9M) are paying for theirs.

    With all the talk about the fancy suspension parts the Raptor has, I wonder how much it will cost to replace them when they eventually wear out...

    I don’t trust what manufacturers say. For example some say the transmission fluid is for lifetime and need not be replaced... but not replacing the fluid would still destroy the transmission.

    We’ll just see in 5 to 10 years. Hopefully you are correct.

    i read somewhere about 300k was the price premium for the fox suspension. but i'm not sure if i remember correctly

    fox is always expensive even in mountain bike suspension. that's why i also go w/ rockshox or marzocchi, oh wait fox now owns marzocchi

    Does the ranger raptor have the automatic parallel parking feature? Its available na kasi with the updated wildtrak eh. If it does, then easier to park na I guess. Hehe but damn congrats. Gusto ko din ng ranger raptor for daily driver.

    Nope, the Raptor doesn't have the following that the Wildtrak 2.0 Bi-Turbo 4x4 AT has:

    - Active park assist
    - Auto high beam control
    - Autonomous emergency braking
    - Forward collision warning
    - Lane departure warning and lane keeping aid
    - Adaptive cruise control
    - Ambient lighting
    - Roof rails
    - Bed rails.

    Also, the WT4x4AT has a larger towing capacity (3500 kg) and heavier payload (1120 kg), compared to the Raptor's 2500 kg, and 766 kg, respectively.

    Note too that the WT4x4AT has a higher power-to-weight ratio (PWR) when both are laden with similar weights. Their curb mass (empty weight) are not listed in the brochure, but we can perhaps compute this from the listed gross vehicle weight and payload capacity:

    WT4x4AT = 3200 kg GVW - 1120 kg payload capacity = 2080 kg net weight

    Raptor = 3090 kg GVW - 766 kg payload capacity = 2324 kg net weight

    If both vehicles carry a similar load (say, a driver/baggage combo weighing 100 kg),

    Loaded weight of WT4x4AT = 2080 + 100 = 2180 kg, PWR = 213 ps/2.18 MT = 97.71 ps/MT

    Loaded weight of Raptor = 2324 + 100 = 2424 kg, PWR = 213 ps /2.424 MT = 87.87 ps/MT.

    In this loading scenario, the WT4x4AT can easily outsprint the Raptor in a straight line over paved, or good unpaved roads.

    If both are loaded to capacity, the Raptor will outsprint the WT4x4AT in any loading scenario and road condition.

    (Note to myself - huwag maghamon ng traffic light sprint kung parehong driver lang ang sakay ng katabing WT4x4AT at ng Raptor mo. )

    ganun, eh bat nagmahal raptor dahil lang sa shocks saka big tires and wider body? btw, recently ko lang na-discover yan ambient lights na yan hihi sa Wildtrak, pede palit palit kulay sa loob

    yun roof rail saka bed rail ayaw ko yun sa Wildtrak ko kasi minimalist ako pero lahat yun iba yun sana man lang kinabit nila dyan, its gonna feel like you are driving an Expedition

    It is also missing the Fashion Bar as can be seen in some pictures circulating in the net, but not necessarily a bad thing, if you ask me.

    Do you think Ford did not include all this tech in the raptor to keep the cost sub 2M php? Para sure na bebenta sya...

    OR

    They needed to ensure that the raptor will be super tough since its more likely to be used off road that they removed the tech that might break? Kung baga yung mga tech na hinde pa super reliable they removed para walang bad comment on the durability.

    The terrain management can be added as well. I believe this will adjust the suspension as well as the performance of the power train. You wont get this package from off the shelf.

    Hahaha... the bride needs to be caressed. Thanks for the tour.

    Btw, aside from the Baja mode, what other modes are available?
