Considering engine, suspension, transmission, brakes, and body modifications, i think 500k is enough?

if you look at Ford's profit margin(from their reports), they're not doing good. I think my min 500k guess is too conservative heheheh

Soooo, more or less 800k and above.

Too much for a pick up. Another 400k will get you a mustang.

I'm not a fan of pick up trucks, but this looks nice.

This will be more expensive than a mustang when it gets here. Daming nagpapareserve na in our Mustang group where Willy Tee Ten (Autohub group) is a member. Sight unseen and price unknown. But a lot are giving reservation fees.

the wildtrak is hard enough to drive in tight Manila roads spaces. If not for the sensors and backup camera and eps, I'd swear maisusumpa ko parking my car.

Now nilaparan pa, at humaba ang front bumper, and the tires, it's only 17 but with wider AT tires.

Ewan ko sa inyo, good luck.

Pero yun na nga in case I get tired of my Ranger, I can buy all of those add-ons sa Ford Casa and transform my wildtrak to raptor

Pero I kinda like my current setup

    ----

Galing din noh, a year ago I was preaching in this forum how low ground clearance sports cars / muscle cars are useless to buy in Manila Roads, and now every one seems to wanna have their version of a muscle pickup, I think ginawa na din aggressive look yun Hilux. If Autobot Autoworks is just a public company, dami siguro bibile ng stocks nun. Those young people who started that biz will definitely get rich one day.

Hmm, aral din naman ako sa mga suspensions eh, ano kaya partner ako sa mga ganun tao.

    RANT

I was reading comments on facebook on this pickup. I see so many people compare this to the current 3.2 liter ranger and the hilux. I think this is a different class of vehicle . This was not made for hauling and regular towing, people should adjust their expectations and realize this is a performance vehicle that is capable of going high speed on rough roads.

A new variant of the ranger with a price tag similar to a brand new pajero? Wtf??

Pero how is the performance and reliability kaya of the updated engine vs. the old 3.2 engine? Dami kasing naririnig na negative feedback about the latter eh kaya parang mahirap i-consider.

Bebenta yan dito. Imagine mo appeal ng FJ but with a fast diesel engine.

    I reserved one

    Twin turbo. Check.

    10 speed. Check.

    Paddle shifters. Super check.

    New suspension . Check

Was debating on a pickup or a CRV . This raptor seals the deal.

Its clear that the facelifted everest will have the same engine tranny and paddle shifter combo as well. Nice.
