My guess, probably after Thai production begins sometime early next year.

PS: About recent Ford launches, the actual "ASEAN-spec" EcoSport had its regional unveiling in November 2013, it was officially unveiled in the Philippines late January 2014 after production began in Thailand, deliveries arrived some 2+ months later.

I'd still buy a 3.2 mid-range version of this, if I had the budget. Even if I've experienced the powertrain warning light problems of the Ranger.

For me, still worth the risk as long as the price is right. I'd rather have the best than settle with an old but reliable option.

motorize yong 3rd seat.. mahirap masira pag wala option into manual

    Ummm.... No thanks...

I'd take an old beat down but running Revo over a shiny brand new but problematic Everest any day of the week, and twice on Sundays

Possible turbo/intercooler problems. Other times, just a miscomm between the electronics of the car with no discernible powertrain problems.

Symptoms range from just the warning light which disappears after turning off the engine and no noticeable difference in performance, to a warning light plus limp mode that limits the engine to 2k rpm, sometimes persisting even after the engine is turned off.

Kanya kanya naman yan. Your money, your choice.

Objectively though, mababa lang ang incidence rate ng powertrain issues (less than 10%), out of the 4500 Rangers sold this year, hindi naman ata 450 ang may sirang turbo. So it's not automatic that an Everest will be problematic.
