My car was manufactures defect unfortunately ford doesn't want to replace it. And its under observation, they don't know yet whats wrong with the brake. And also if under warranty, under the lemon law you should provide service to the customer and yet no one provided me.

^^^ Yeah right, go tell that to the ones having turbo issues with their Rangers or DCT issues with their Fiestas. Take note of the word "Proven", Ford will find all the reasons to dis-prove your warranty claim. Same with most manufacturers.

Even if it's proven to be within warranty, it will take eons to have your car repaired.

sir/mam, newbie here. just want to share my experience in my ecosport titanium. after 3days of using it may nadinig ako minor kalampag sa driver side. whenever nasa medyo rough road ako may nadidinig ako konti kalampag sa driver side. also napansin ko maingay engine. nadala ko na sa casa kaso sabi sakin normal daw un ingay ng engine and nag re-tightening lang sa pang ilalim sa driver side kaso hindi naman nawala kalampag. meron po ba iba owner dito na may same experience sakin. please advice/suggest me how to eliminate that irritating sound/kalampag. Thanks!

sir/mam, sa mga at trans owner. may nadidinig b kayo na sound pag nag shift sa 2nd-3rd gear kapag first time gamitin un eco or kahit hindi first time basta napahinga ng medyo ilang oras. ang sound nya parang friction ng gear or parang guitar string. "ting" un tunog na matining. Thanks!

Hello po, kumuha po ako ecosports trend last november nasira po ang brake defective hindi alam sa casa anung dahilan, problem under observation daw. Ask ko lang kung ganun nga ang sakit ng ecosports at sirain ba talaga. Under warranty siya repair lang gagawin.

Sira ayaw bumaba ng brake. Manufactures defect totally papalitan lahat daw at manggagaling pa sa thailand nagdemand na ako ng service car sabi magbibigay but till now wala.

Under lemon law, you need to bring back to casa for repair atleast 3x? Not sure, For the same defect, then after the repair, sane scenario, that's the time they have to replace the vehicle

i saw a drive na program. its 4 times with the same issue. then report ka na sa dti. then dti will give the casa 1 last try to fix it (that makes it 5 tries in total) before lemon law take effect or maybe before mag start ang kasohan.

If you returned the car for the same promblem/issue 3x, write the dealer that you are asserting your right under the lemon law. The manufacturer/dealer will have one chance to fix it and if not fixed, you can have the remedies provided under the given law.

3x as long as within warranty? My car's AC has a problem. Casa fixed it twice but problem is still there.

hopefully, maayos na iyong problema niyo ng ford phil. hassle talaga mag-claim sa casa ng warranty mas lalo na kung major complaint tulad ng sa inyo at may potensyal na maging iskandal.
