Actually sir kilala na yan sa presinto my mga record na yan ng labas pasok. Na dissmis lang ang kaso kasi walang nag file ng demanda sa kanila at iba pa is minors. Btw sir what type of genset ang benta niyo? Industrial?

Got a word from a ford dealership manager. come july there is said to be a volume shipment for the Ranger. there will be (hopefully) ample units for 2.2 but unsure for the 3.2 due to long "waiting" list. my Ranger Wildtrak 4x2 6A/T will arrive this week. 1.289m cash price. No DI.

Hopefully this DI thingy wont mess this up as this is the third time I had reserved for Ranger. MIAS 2012 i had reserved for 2.2 XLT A/T, supposed to be one of the first to have one. but everyone also wants one. its like a bidding process for a unit specially with the A/T. i've heard one who paid as high as 12% DI

2013 I reserved a Wildtrak 4x4 2.2 A/T. same case. in order for me to get one even if i am reservation #1 on the dealership, i have to comply with the 4% DI and inhouse insurance. I turned it down.

I had to reserve from 2 dealers. Two of those are still on waiting list, it's been a year and half since I was reserved and still no update, (btw I paid 10k for reservation and ask for 3.2 with no D.I just straight cash), they always says "mahaba ang pila". Though I had secured a unit last year from different dealer, Suddenly there is always a stock available when you pay for D.I. In addition you can choose any color. I had to bite it because of the hype and need for a new ride. It's such a shame that you can't buy new Ford products on their SRP at ease. Ford will probably my last choice when I buy a new vehicle soon, hope they'll improve.

cons of the "hype" and the "in". ganyan din dati sa fortuner. you also have to gamble with their correspinding new technology as to what happened to D4D ng toyota. kaya now lang ako bumili hilux. maybe the 3.2 ranger will be my next car years from now pag wala na DI at sorted out na nila yung mga lalabas na problema. pros of people who dont jump to bandwagon.

I don't mind these "cons". I was able to get my Ranger without DI, and hindi naman masakit sa ulo yung makina niya. Nearing 20k kms without a single engine problem.

At least naenjoy ko yung modern features niya ng maaga and not 10 years after it was released in the market. Also arguably the best looking, best handling, and most spacious pickup right now.

I agree with your point on people going silly over the Ranger despite overpriced DI and excessive waiting time. What I don't understand is why people can't seem to walk away. They'll complain that they're being charged too much and required to get in-house financing and all that, yet still line up along with a hundred others. The Ranger is the best pickup in the market right now, but that doesn't mean it's okay to be held captive by Ford's greedy ploys.

White. The contrast looks really good. Plus much easier to maintain than black.

Orange looks kinda tacky, not as timeless as white or black.

Black trucks are the best for most and certainly for me, yet white looks decent. I'm not a fan of orange and it doesn't feel right having an orange color truck, hey it's just me.

Nope di naman sira pag nakaauto-fold tapos binuksan. I do that whenever I just need to close one side.

ah ok i was pertaining to the technology of the newer 3.2 on my comments. nag inquire na ako ng 3.2 dati(2012) but nakita ko nga sitwasyon thats why opted for the 3.0hilux(1st quarter 2013). di ko na rin entertain yung offer ng Ford nun for the 2.2 after reading the review of lytspid sa 4x4ph when he drives his new 2.2 from manila to davao. will just wait for the 3.2 stocks to stabilize.
