That's really bad news man!
Hope they find the root cause and fix permanently

If your unit is fiesta (powershift) maintindihan ko pa ( recall transmission) but the transmission of ranger is different from fiesta. Baka kailangan lang reflash at calibrate ung pcm ( power control module ) and tcm ( transmission control module ) otherwise lemon or meron factory defect.

mine also wala din mt 2.2.. 3k kms. palang...

regarding pala sa pag gamit ng 2t... the last time nag full tank ako hindi ako naglagay ng 2t..

so far... walang pagbabago... baka nga tama si jut placebo effect lang...

i think dapat gumamit ako ng db level meter... before and after...

ayun pala ang napansin ko... parang lumakas sa diesel... pero not sure pa.. at paiba iba kasi driving style ko.. minsan i drive like a grandma... minsan naman sporty.. as in floored to the metal.. then waiting time ko super tagal... dun minsan natutulog anak ko pag hinihintay ako sa mga meetings ko..

Paintless dent repair in Roadstar Alabang (in ATC near the church) is pretty good, they fixed 4 dents in my Sorento for 2.5k
That seems like a minor dent, shoudnt cost more than 1k

Their work is very good, the dents are gone and even though they dissassembled my door everything still works.
They took all day for the 4 dents though

Have been reading the recent posts with regards to the powertrain problems. So far our unit did not experience such problems. We had our unit last dec 2012, 28k on the odo 4x2 a/t xlt. So far the only problem we had was with the horns, only the high tone was working. Ford cdo replaced the horns and checked the sockets which was the main culprit.

My office mate is experiencing the same problem pala. He didnt know it was not normal until we spoke about it. Nakakainis lang is that they still cant determine the problem. This is now on its 4th week na .....
