personally ayoko nung ride height (but alam ko maraming may gusto nito). I find it too low, and I often scrape humps and wheel stops. Kumakayod rin if parking has a deep canal fronting it. puro gasgas na nga yung plastic "chin" na itim sa underside eh.

sanayan lang siguro sir. ako nung bago pa lang, tinamaan ko din yan pero ngayon ayos na. bihira nalang ako magparada fronting the wheel stops at kung ganun man,deyn ko na sinasagad. tska iniingatan ko narin yan dahil proteksyon din yan sa talsik ng putik sa engine underside.

Regarding the ride height I say its proper for this type of car, if its not sufficient for your use maybe an SUV or an AUV will suit the user better...

Grabe! I just saw a sedan and hatch today. Ang layong maganda nung hatch sa sedan, kahit malayo kong nakita yung sedan. Tapos nakita ko ng malapit yung Hatch, akala ko Hyundai, d ko namukhaan. Tapos pag tingin ko Ford. Sabi ko WTF eto na pala yung Fiesta, parang hindi kotse. Ang bulky ng front at hindi talaga kotse ang dating sa akin.. Sobrang na curious ako tuloy sa interior nya, kasi parang ang laki nya talaga sa labas.

Ano sir hatch na ba tayo? Tignan mo muna sa showroom (maybe the hatch's cargo space is sufficient na eh di hatch na +1000 pogi pts pa) or as I mentioned may event ang Ford today hanggang Sunday sa Bonifacio High Street in Global City...

Hehe tama ka nga.. Mukhang hatch na nga kababagsakan ko.. Napa WTF talaga ako nung nakita ko eh. Kaso disappointed ako sa nakita kong hatch kasi Black color. I wanted to see Orange, pero im eyeing on the Red or silver.

Orange is only available on the top of the line Sport trim... Since Trend 1.6L kukunin mo I really suggest the Aurora Blue ang ganda ng kulay na yun, very very close 2nd for me after the Chili orange...

The True Red is also great and also White. Pangit yung Black, pinaka pangit na color sa FoFi hatchback (although ok sya sa sedan) IMO...

i have 2 boys one is a toddler kaya a must ang stroller sa likod, thus the space, regardless, i would like to think of my fiesta sedan as "di lang pampamilya, pang sports pa " hehehe, i still see it as the sportiest looking sedan compared to city and vios.

Gusto ko sana fancy colors like orange or green(tulad sa ibang bansa). Pero ayaw ko masyado mapansin. Pansinin pa rin ang red pero there are many cars that are red.

I think this is the best time to buy a ford. They are trying to impress people at the sedan and hatch segment. It is critical that the fiesta must perform very well, para makuha nila loob at loyalty ng mga customers. Kaya nga dami nilang features nilagay na i feel tinalo nila lahat ng inoofer ng ibang company. Para pumutok name nila for those pratical buyers. So far have not yet read any bad feedback.

onga pala, hindi nako nakapangalikot nung nag-"reset" ako. nung ginawa ko kasi ito, naka-lock lahat nung doors. so obviously,hindi gumana yung fob key. nakapasok ako sa loob by keying in and forgot to test all other doors kung kasama. na-check nyo ba kung centralized lock sya since yung trunk is electronically operated & not mechanical?

Electronically controlled lahat. I tried opening the hatch can't be opened with the battery disconnected!

Initially I also lusted for a black hatch . My wife commented that a sedan would be more formal. Kung ikakasal ka bagay kaya ang hatch? was her example.

I weighed my emotions (we buy using emotions THEN find logic to justify it) vs the logic that she presented.

OO nga naman, our clients were mostly corporate and cooperative CEOs or board of directors. Which would impress them more when you first arrive at their headquaters : Ken Block's ride or a clean handsome sedan?

Heads of corporations tend to lean towards refined and conservative people to handle their precious business rather than fast go getters that a hatch would tend to portray.

Black would have been very formal and gorgeous. Our research showed that black would not bee to practical for us, so gold became the final choice.

It will all boil down to personal taste tempered with level headed practicality.

Ok lang... Anyway nakita ko date ng OR and CR. JANUARY 25, 2011!!!! Meaning since Novermber pa kotse ko January 25 lang yan ginawa!!!!

About car plates, got the unit Nov10 and requested a #8 ending plate. I'm thinking; could this be the cause of the long wait? mag-3months na, on the tenth!

on the up-side, baka hindi P*G series, ang plate ko crossing my fingers.

yes all variants have that shoe compartment, mine acts like my 2nd compartment para less cluttered compartment ko`

Sa mga nag reset na ng ECU,

I did the ECU reset procedure by disconnecting the negative terminal for 5 mins from the battery earlier.

My initial observations are:

1.) Idle RPM above 1k.
2.) At idle, minsan nag vibrate yung kotse.
3.) Date/time and trip meter has reset, so I have to adjust the date/time settings.
4.) Lumaki yung distance to empty.
5.) Had to reset the driver side window settings.

Ganun din ba result sa inyo, especially #1 and #2?

As far as the shift points are concerned, i'll test it mamaya along EDSA pag wala na traffic.

My idle is the same after " reset". Just over 1k at cold start up...dropping to around 750-800 after warming up. No new vibrations.
Numbers 3-5 were the same for me also.

I guess the Fiesta does not like Australian accent...

In my case naman when I use Pinoy accent 2 it sometimes thinks its 4. So I have to have thwang in my 2 to make it recognize as 2. Otherwise it gets it perfectly...
